TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the Terms of Service below.
・Payment full upfront, via Paypal only.
・DO NOT send me the payment before I accept making your commission/ before properly contacting me.
・The time for your commission to be done depends on your position on the queue, but it usually takes from one week to one month.
It may be longer due to health, school, family issues and other factors, but I will be informing you in case I need more time.
・After the payment, I will be sending you an initial sketch, large changes such as structure/pose/expression can only be done at this point. After that I will be finishing your commission.
If your commission is a full rendered one, once I finish the flat colours I will be sending you a WIP, colour changes can only be done at this point, after that I will be finishing your commission.
Once the commission is finished I won’t make any big changes, will only work with small details and only ONCE, so please be sure to send a detailed explanation/reference of the desired changes.
・Be aware that by commissioning me you agree that I retain full rights over the created drawing.
Therefore, I’m allowed to use the artwork to profit from, promote myself, display it anywhere and post it whenever I want, without need of prior notice authorization.
If you do not want the art commissioned to be posted on any social media, there will be a +100% fee.
・You are allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way you want, such as reposting and printing for personal use. You can also use it to promote yourself with proper credits given to me.
・ For commercial use, there will be a +200 USD fee for each artwork commissioned.
・When commissioning me, you agree you have the rights to the character commissioned and I will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements.
・You are not allowed to remove the watermark.
・After the payment you cannot cancel the commission or demand a refund.
If the payment has not been sent yet, you can cancel the commission.
・I have the right to cancel/terminate the commission or refuse to work for anyone with inability to cooperate or inappropriate behaviour.
